#422 Sweet Chocolate Stout
Malt: Caramel, Chocolate, Flaked Oats, Pilsner, Roast, Special B
Yeast: House Ale
Additions: Peruvian cacao nibs, vanilla, milk sugar
This sweet, chocolatey milk stout was cold-steeped on Peruvian cacao nibs and vanilla. Milk sugar added late in the brewing process adds sweetness and gives Scratch #422 a full, creamy texture.
We taste: milk chocolate, roasty grain, hints of sweet cream
